Riverton Legacy Home Open House

April 18, 2012 / no comments

Legacy Books was commissioned to produce a book about Riverton, Utah’s first school and church house (1880). This commemorative book has been combined with a restoration effort on the historical building to celebrate the legacy of the early settlers who built the building and attended meetings within, and also the families who have maintained it since.

Many people who settled on the west side of the Jordan River are connected to the schoolhouse, including:

Descendants and family of these people, and all who are interested, are invited to attend an open house at the Riverton Legacy Home on Memorial Day, May 28, 2012. Descendants and family of these early settlers will receive a copy of the commemorative book. A link to reserve your time will be available soon on this website, please feel free to leave any questions or comments below.
